Neuralink in a blog on Thursday said it is inviting those with quadriplegia to participate in their second clinical trial.

According to Arbaugh was a student and athlete at Texas A M University who was born in Yuma, Arizona, and in 2016, while working as a summer camp counselor, he experienced a swimming accident and suffered a severe spinal cord injury that led to quadriplegia, paralysis from the shoulders down.
